I didn’t know her well, but I did have academic prep with her my sophomore year- the year she passed away. She had the greatest smile! We were in the art room together for that period. Her art was fabulous; she was a true talent, but what I seem to remember most is her smile. She was so enamored with art and with those around her. When she smiled at you, it was like she was reassuring you that everything would be ok. She was so full of sunshine and will be deeply missed, always.
